After your initial 20-minute phone consultation, we schedule an in-person strategy and wardrobe consultation at my Los Gatos studio (typically 1-1.5 hours). This happens a few days to 2-3 weeks before your actual photo session, depending on my availability and any special prep you need.
This is where we define your Ideal Client Avatar and brand personality together. We map out specific shots for specific platforms: website hero images, Instagram content, LinkedIn banner, email signatures, speaker one-sheets, media kits.
This isn’t “show up and we’ll figure it out.” You’ll arrive at your photo session knowing exactly what we’re creating and why each image matters for your business.
Professional Hair and Makeup
Every studio branding portrait session includes professional styling (60-75 minutes). We create a polished, camera-ready look that photographs beautifully while still looking like you. For men, this means grooming touch-ups and shine control. For women, this means natural professional makeup that enhances rather than transforms.
Extended Studio Session
Studio branding portrait sessions have no time limit. We shoot multiple setups, backgrounds, and variations until we’ve captured everything you need. Typical sessions run 2-3 hours, but we work at whatever pace feels comfortable.
Unlimited Wardrobe Changes
Bring as many outfit options as you want. We’ll shoot multiple looks that work for different contexts, like classic corporate for serious business conversations, more relaxed and approachable for social media, perhaps something bolder for creative platforms. You’ll have variety without losing cohesion.
Multiple Backgrounds and Setups
My Los Gatos studio at 117 Broadway is set up to create diverse imagery without chaos. We’ll shoot classic backgrounds, modern editorial looks, perhaps some environmental portraits that show you in your element. Every setup serves a specific strategic purpose we discussed during your pre-session consultation.
Image Selection
If we do image selection the same day, we’ll sit down together in person at the studio right after your session. If we do it the next day, you choose whether you’d prefer to come back in person or hop on Zoom, whatever’s more convenient for you.
You’ll see all your images. We’ll discuss which images work best for which platforms, and you’ll choose your favorites. Then we talk retouching preferences from minimal touch-ups or full magazine-style retouching. You decide what feels right for your brand.

Every image you select receives professional retouching matched to your brand style. Whether you want natural and minimal or polished and editorial, I customize the retouching to your preferences.
Strategic Delivery and Complete Marketing System
