Portrait Studio Los Gatos

My Los Gatos portrait studio specializes in strategic brand photography for professionals who need more than generic headshots. Serving coaches, consultants, and entrepreneurs throughout South Bay, East Bay, and Silicon Valley, I help camera-shy professionals transform how they show up online.

I’ve built a signature experience called the Align. Shine. Scale. Method™ because cookie-cutter sessions create cookie-cutter results. We start with brand clarity, one focused strategy session where we define who you serve and how you want to be perceived. No guesswork. No hoping the photos “turn out okay.” Just strategic direction that makes every image count.

Every session includes professional hair and makeup, personalized styling guidance, and my coaching every step of the way. I’ve worked with hundreds of camera-shy professionals throughout South Bay, East Bay, and Silicon Valley for 16 years. The ones who say “I hate having my photos taken” end up telling me it was easier than they expected.

My portrait studio serves coaches, consultants, creatives, and service-based entrepreneurs throughout the Bay Area who need strategic assets that work as hard as you do. Whether you need polished headshots for executive presence, comprehensive branding portraits for your complete visual identity, or content creation photography to fill your marketing calendar, these sessions combine professional artistry with strategic business thinking.

I also offer family studio photography for those wanting to capture personal milestones, maternity sessions, newborn photography, and family portraits with the same thoughtful, strategic approach.

“I, for one dislike being in front of a camera, yet Gaby made me enjoy it and even made me photogenic!!”

Gaby was so lovely and inviting to my business partner and I from the very start. Amazing communication with us about any changes or updates always keeping us up to speed. Truly an amazing personal brand photographer with so much skill and patience, would recommend her to everyone for any and all your photography needs.

“I didn’t realize how much professional guidance would transform my photos”

I’ve always been comfortable in front of a camera but wow, I had no idea how small tweaks could make such a big difference. Gaby didn’t just take photos; she coached me on my poses, angles, and expressions completely leveling up my images.

Working with Gaby was an absolute joy! The whole shoot felt relaxed, fun, and genuinely joyful which totally shows in the photos.

She has such a talent for bringing out the real you and making your personal brand shine through every image. I felt seen, supported, and confident throughout the process. The final photos are stunning and feel so aligned with who I am and what my brand stands for.

“Gaby is a total pro at making you feel comfortable and relaxed”

I’m so glad I found Gaby Clark Photography! I was feeling super overwhelmed about getting new photos for my personal branding because, let’s be honest, I had no clue where to start. and most importantly, how do I make sure the photos actually show who I am.

Enter Gaby. From the first consultation, she made everything so easy. We sat down in person and went through everything like, EVERYTHING. She asked all the right questions about my business, the vibe I wanted to give off, and even where I planned to use the photos (LinkedIn, website, speaking gigs, etc.).

“Gaby isn’t just about taking pretty pictures; she genuinely wants you to succeed and helps you see the bigger picture when it comes to your brand”

She guided me through everything, from wardrobe choices to styling, and made the entire process so easy and fun.
When I got my photos back, I was honestly blown away.

“I’ve always avoided being in front of the camera, until now”

When I launched my pet photography business, I knew I needed professional branding photos. But as someone who has always been more comfortable behind the lens, I was nervous about stepping in front of it.

From the moment we started, Gaby made me feel like a star. The experience was pure luxury, from wardrobe consultations to hair and makeup, to the calm, serene studio atmosphere. And for the first time ever, I actually had fun in a photoshoot!

If you’re rebranding, changing careers, or want to elevate your personal brand, do yourself a favor, get professional images that show who you truly are. They will change how you show up in the world.

Frequently Asked Questions About Portrait Studio Los Gatos

Where is your portrait studio located?

My portrait studio is located in downtown Los Gatos at 117 Broadway. The studio is on my property but completely independent, surrounded by trees with beautiful mountain-like views. I have professional lighting, multiple backgrounds, and a controlled environment to create stunning portraits. We can also do some outdoor images in my beautiful mountain-like backyard.

What are the benefits of doing a session in a studio?

Studio sessions give you complete control over lighting, weather, and environment—no worrying about rain, wind, or harsh sunlight. My Los Gatos studio has professional lighting equipment that flatters everyone, multiple backdrop options, climate control for comfort, privacy for wardrobe changes, and access to my complete wardrobe collection. Studio sessions also mean we can take our time without distractions, and I can create consistent, polished images regardless of the season or time of day.

Is professional hair and makeup included?

Yes! Professional hair and makeup are included in every portrait studio session. My experienced team ensures you look polished and camera-ready. This is included so you can relax and feel confident during your session, knowing you look your absolute best.

What is your rescheduling policy?

I understand that life happens. If you need to reschedule due to illness or an emergency, your session fee will carry over to your new date. I do charge a rescheduling fee of $250 to keep my schedule running smoothly.

What if I am running late?

Punctuality helps me provide top-notch service to all my clients. If you are running late, please let me know as soon as possible. Arriving more than 20 minutes late for an Express Session or 30 minutes late for a Custom Session may require rescheduling, and rescheduling fees may apply.

How far in advance should I book?

I recommend booking at least 4-6 weeks in advance to secure your preferred date and time, especially during busy seasons. The earlier you book, the more flexibility you will have in scheduling your portrait studio session.
