Here’s exactly what it costs to work with me. A headshot session is $390. The Personal Branding Experience is a $450 session fee plus the image collection you choose, and collections start at $1,790. Everything below explains what’s included and what changes the price, so there are no surprises when we talk.
Headshot Session: $390
For LinkedIn, your company profile, a speaker page, or a website refresh.
- 45 minutes at my downtown Los Gatos studio
- Up to 3 outfit changes
- 2 fully retouched images, selected right after your session
- Additional retouched images: $190 each
- Professional hair and makeup available as an add-on
- Final images are typically delivered within 1 to 2 days

- Concept board, shot list, and prop list
- Professional hair and makeup
- Expert-led photoshoot time with multiple locations
- Image selection and post-session guidance
Every branding session includes the complete experience above. Your images are purchased separately, and image collections start at $1,790. The right size depends on how much marketing you’re feeding: your website, social media, press kit, launches. We map that out together in your in-person strategy consultation, so you only invest in images that have a real job to do.
What changes the price
One thing: the size of your image collection. The in-person strategy consultation, the planning, the hair and makeup, and the shoot are the same complete experience for every client. What varies is how many finished images your marketing needs. A consultant refreshing her website needs fewer images than a coach building 12 months of content, a press kit, and a launch.

Why is personal brand photography a bigger investment than a headshot?
A headshot is one photo with one job: your professional profile. A personal branding session builds a library of marketing images with many jobs: your website, social media, press kit, and sales pages. It includes an in-person strategy consultation where we define your ideal client and brand voice, plus wardrobe planning, multiple locations, and post-session tools to put every image to work.
How many images do most clients choose?
It depends on your marketing plan. If you’re refreshing your website and LinkedIn, a smaller collection may be all you need. If you’re building 6 to 12 months of content, a press kit, and a launch, you’ll want more. We size your collection during your in-person strategy consultation, so you only invest in images that have a real job to do.
Do you offer payment plans?
I don’t offer payment plans, but you can pay with PayPal Credit, which offers up to 6 months no interest on qualifying purchases when paid in full.
