Studio COVID-19 Safety Protocols

My assistant, make-up artist and I are fully vaccinated for Covid-19 and also have received boosters.

Ensuring the safety and health of you, your baby, and your family is my top priority. Despite the pandemic winding down, cases of Covid-19 and RSV are still prevalent, which is why I have implemented strict sanitation and cleaning protocols at the studio. These protocols adhere to CDC recommendations and are designed to provide a safe and secure environment for your peace of mind.

I would like to give you an idea of what you can expect:

I have always done only one session a day to better serve my clients. By doing only one session a day allows me to do a deep cleaning after each client.

Here are the protocols I have implemented for all sessions:

Cleaning and Disinfecting

Thorough touch-point cleaning, meaning deep cleaning of frequently-touched surfaces such as doorknobs, light switches, handles, client’s sofa, toilets, faucets, sinks, etc.

Disinfecting using an EPA-registered disinfectant of all props such as headbands, wool throws, outfits, wooden props, baby posers, etc. – all items that can’t be washed.

Camera equipment disinfected after each session.

All cleaning and disinfecting after each session performed using disposable gloves, plus handwashing as recommended by the CDC.

Laundering all items such blankets, outfits, and dresses that come in contact with clients (babies, mothers & siblings) as well as the towel in the bathroom, using the warmest appropriate water setting and thorough drying.

Before and during the session

If any member of your family is not feeling well, is sick, or has been in contact with anyone diagnosed with COVID-19, the session will be postponed to a new date for the safety of everyone involved during the session. The same applies to me, the photographer and to my assistant: if either of us is not feeling well or is sick the session will be postponed to a new date.

All tools used during your make-up session are deep cleansed to be disinfected following the new Covid-19 stringent sanitation industry standard guidelines.

My team and I wear an N95 mask during the duration of the session.

Hand sanitizer is available throughout the Studio.

Please reach out if you have any additional questions or concerns.
